TASMANIA - AN OVERVIEW

On 23 February 2004 the Premier Jim Bacon introduced his retirement, immediately after currently being diagnosed with lung most cancers. In his previous months he opened a vigorous anti-smoking cigarettes marketing campaign which involved lots of restrictions on where people could smoke, such as pubs. He died four months later. Bacon was succeeded
